1. Credits
SuperPhotos works on a credit system. Users obtain credits through a subscription or by buying one-time credit packs. Each generation consumes the applicable number of credits; the exact amount is shown on the page at the time of generation.
- Subscription credits can only be used while the corresponding subscription is active;
- Purchased (top-up) credits are used according to the validity rules in effect at the time of purchase.
Apart from subscription fees and credit pack prices, we do not charge any other monthly fees, setup fees, or hidden costs.
The current price and content of plans and credit packs are shown in real time on the checkout page and in the “Credits” page of your account. Price changes do not affect credits you have already purchased.
2. AI model
SuperPhotos uses third-party AI models to generate images. We may add, replace or adjust the models we use as our business requires, without notifying users in advance of each specific model name. Such adjustments are reflected in the Service as actually provided.
The performance, availability and output of the Service may be affected by the third-party model providers. We do not guarantee any particular output quality, and we assume no liability for content generated by third-party models beyond the scope of the Terms of Service.
3. Payment and taxes
You can pay with major credit/debit cards and digital wallets. Payments are processed by our partner payment service provider (Merchant of Record). The amount you see and pay on the checkout page is the final amount due (it may already include applicable taxes). The provider calculates, collects, reports and remits applicable taxes in accordance with the law. We receive the net amount after the provider’s fees and taxes are deducted.

5. Refunds and fees
- Unused credits within 7 days of purchase: full refund, no handling fee.
- Duplicate charges caused by a billing error: full refund.
- Consumed credits are non-refundable.
- Refunds are processed free of charge; the original transaction fee charged by the payment processor is non-refundable (it is borne by the merchant and does not reduce the amount you receive).

6. FAQ
Is there a minimum spend or monthly fee?
No. You only pay when you buy a credit pack; buy more when you run out. There are no renewals or automatic charges.
Do credits expire?
Subscription credits: credits obtained through a subscription can only be used while the corresponding subscription is active. When the subscription expires or is cancelled, unused subscription credits automatically lapse and are neither refunded nor carried over.
Purchased (top-up) credits: valid for 12 months from the date of successful purchase. Purchased credits that are unused after that period automatically lapse and are non-refundable.
Unless stated otherwise, the system consumes credits that are closest to expiring first.
Which payment methods are supported?
Our payment processor’s checkout supports major credit/debit cards and digital wallets. The exact options depend on the checkout page.
Do displayed prices include tax?
Taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and applicable law. The total you pay is the amount shown at checkout.
Am I charged credits when a generation fails?
No. System failures automatically refund the credits spent on that attempt.
